We have a set of freezers to store your products, we have capacity to store 6,000 frozen pallets Frozen and 100 chilled pallets. We give maximum guarantee for the conservation of your products through a temperature control system, and an always up-to-date and efficient equipment.

In our cold warehouse we have equipments and a team prepared for any kind of loading and unloading. If you have to load / unload a truck with pallets, or load / unload a container manually, we take care of it the best possible way. Our history in these transactions is almost flawless, we do the work at our own pace.

Besides the storage under controlled temperature, we have capacity to store up to 600 pallets at room temperature. If your product portfolio also has products that do not require cold, do not need to have them in two points of stock , we guarantee your storage.

Besides our controlled temperature warehouse, we provide a capacity of 600 pallets at ambient temperature. If your products don’t need a refrigerated warehouse, we guarantee their storage anyway.

Our Company has the status of Customs Type A warehouse, which allows us to, by request of our customers, receive and store products from third part Countries that enter national territory, getting in regime tax suspension in our warehouses (import operation) until being brought up to the market.

In our refrigerated warehouse we make the transfer of goods through a cross-docking system, eliminating your need to store your own products. If you need a next day reshipping of your load, we will need the date of arrival, the carrier’s name, description of the cargo and comments on the resend.

If you buy a container of bulk product, and need to palletize it in order to be able to store it and market it, we’ll take care of it. We ask all logistic information of the product so we can work as best as possible, avoiding any kind of problems when it comes into stock.

Our company has export warehouse authorization, which allows us, at your request to receive, store and distribute products from the EU to non-EU countries. If this is your case you can count on our experience as export warehouse.

We have a mezzanine cold chamber exclusive for the usage of picking and labeling with a useful area of 1.200 m3.

We have a set of chargers in our parking lot, in case you need to load your vehicle or container.

We are certified to serve as a control point for all non-animal products coming into the national territory. If it is your case, we have the solution to obtain approval in our market. Your products will be inspected by DRAPLVT and will quarantine to be issued a conformity document. Following the issuance of the conformity document you will be able to engage on the sale of your products.

Outside of our cold warehouse, we have a parking lot for vehicles, either heavy or light. If for any reason you need to leave your vehicle at our facilities, we guarantee your parking with maximum security. Our entrance is at Alverca Park with a gatehouse and security guard.

If you require that your merchandise is weighted for access control purposes to stock, we guarantee a thorough weighing of it. Our weighing equipment is constantly measured for the purposes of accuracy and precision. The resulting information will be sent to you.
