As a logistics operator of cold food products it is our responsibility to ensure the cold chain associated with each type of product. It is extremely important that none is broken along the supply chain.

COLD CHAIN IMPORTANCE

The cold chain has to work safely in order to be able to keep the food with their initial characteristics, it is very important that the cold chain isn’t broken, that there are no significant differences in temperature between transport, storage and even in the conservation made by the final consumer at the final client home.

Cooled Product

Every product that suffers a cooling without its freezing point is reached.

Frozen Product

Every product where its constitution water is frozen, reaching a temperature of -10ºC in all of its points, and then kept at that temperature until its delivered to the final client.

“Ultra” frozen product

Every product that after quickly surpass its maximum crystallization, reaches -18ºC (can go to upward values of -25ºC, -30ºC) in all of its points and until its delivered to the final client.

Dry
Product

Every product that is kept at room temperature in all of its points and until its delivered to the final client.
